Had lovely stay on vacation. The room was well-appointed and well-equipped, on the water.

The staff were very nice, stunning location on the ocean. The room was really clean and bright, exceptionally comfortable beds.

The location is perfect, just across from the beach and offers a great view of the Banana River. The room was spacious, but the sofa could definitely use an upgrade. Loved the free kayaks and outdoor seating, but crossing the busy road to get to the beach was a bit tricky.

The breakfast at the place was excellent at the roof top. We were offered a clean room with fantastic views, kitchen sink, very good beds. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Tables Beach was not very far from the hotel.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was squeaky.

They made an effort to accomodate me and my family. It was pointed out that we could use the roll out couch to use as an extra bed because I wasn't sure if there was going to be 2 of us staying or 3 people. So it turned out jut right because it ended up 3 of us stayed there. It was a bonus to be able to sit outside and enjoy the Florida sunsets across the water in the evening.

The location on the Banana River was nice especially with the ocean across the street. I wish we could have state longer to take advantage of the Booked.nets.
The room decor was older and unexpected for a beach-type hotel.

The fact that Booked.net and fishing poles are included. There is also a grill and the outdoor area is beautiful for pure relaxation. Hopefully next time I am able to see dolphins

It was very quaint and small, not like large resorts, the ocean was across the road and what a great time we had. The resort backs up to the river and the sunsets were amazing..I Will say cleaning is not a high priority here, but I really liked the charm of this place. If there was as much effort put into the inside as the outside this place would be a 5 star.
Shower was way too small and cramped, and it could have been a lot cleaner.

Quaint and quiet, beautiful courtyard and relaxing pier... Lots of beautiful flowers to adore
The bed linens were old and didn't appear to be clean

Picturesque and having the small dock to fish from and view the sunset, also having a barbecue grill to use was a plus

I loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying the cozy garden area. There's also a nice BBQ setup to make relaxing evenings even better. The only snag was the lack of some basic kitchen supplies in the room, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

It's on the river, with free Booked.nets, and right across a1a from the beach. It's funky and authentic - not corporate - so it's not for everybody, but I'm a Florida native and I love it. The rooms are quite clean, with a nice kitchen, good tv and sitting area. It's a better price than you will get at most places in the area.
